Description

Generative Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) is rapidly taking over every aspect of our life including designing new products and marketing concepts. While Generative AI is limitless in expanding creativity, the traditional rules of intellectual property law still apply to innovations assisted by AI. This session will focus on the following two topics: first, how to avoid IP claims rising from use of generative AI in designing new toys; and second, how to protect your ideas if and when generative AI has contributed to your creation. The focus of this session will be practical tips to foster further discussion and inquiry.
